TECHNICAL ARCHITECTS - PROJECT MANAGERS

What does "Communication and Collaboration" mean?

There are lots of consultancies out there that have awesome technical resources but at BushTek we are focused specifically on providing technical expertise and project leadership for initiatives that leverage technology to enable business communications. These are technologies like videoconferencing, unified communications, VoIP that can improve business communications and operational efficiency both within an organization and with partners and most importantly clients.

We provide technical design and implementation services for projects and operational enhancement initiatives including:

  • assessing business requirements

  • planning and coordinating project implementation

  • performing options analysis (technical and business related)

  • performing technical solution design, implementation and testing

  • conducting risk and vulnerability assessments

  • supporting on-going operational requirements

Our resources have been in the game for some time and are not only there for project delivery but can support operationalization (this is a word on my website) of newly implemented services.

communications convergence

The technology landscape for communication and collaboration is evolving rapidly. Advancements in IP networks and applications are allowing the integration of communication channels and the creation of an effective virtual workforce.

This evolution is changing the way people work and communicate both personally and professionally. To maximize the potential of this evolution while protecting their critical infrastructure, organizations will need expert guidance from individuals that understand the technology and have their finger on the pulse of the communications industry.
